Changes to Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry REST Requests

This notice is intended for customers whose integrations use Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry (AICJE) records through REST web services.

You are receiving this notification because your integrations use Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry (AICJE) records through REST web services. Changes in NetSuite 2026.1 may impact your requests.

What’s Changed? In NetSuite 2026.1:

  • POST requests for Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry records that include the toSubsidiaries field may cause the request to fail.
  • The toSubsidiaries field value is automatically calculated by the system based on line-level subsidiaries.

Recommended Actions

To prevent errors, remove the toSubsidiaries field from your POST requests. For more information, see
