New to NetSuite | Restricting Employees to View Only Their Own Expense Reports
When setting up roles and permissions in NetSuite, it is important to control what records employees can access. One common requirement is limiting employees so they can only view their own Expense Reports (ERs) instead of seeing all employee expense submissions.
NetSuite provides role-based restrictions that allow administrators to manage employee visibility for time and expense records. By enabling the appropriate settings on a Custom Role, users can be restricted to viewing only their own records or the records of their direct subordinates.
This article will guide you through the steps to configure a Custom Role so employees can only access their own Expense Reports in NetSuite.
