Upcoming Change to the Billing Information Page

This notice is intended for all customers with a NetSuite OneWorld account.

You are receiving this notification because your company may have multiple subsidiary records.

What’s Changing?

On June 10, 2026, NetSuite will update the information shown at Setup > Company > View Billing Information. After this date, the Subsidiary Count line will no longer appear on the Billable Components tab. This change will simplify the process of creating new subsidiaries, allowing you to create up to 250 subsidiaries without taking additional administrative steps. This update does not change your account, billing, subscription, existing subsidiary setup, or limits based on country and currency combinations.
