This notice is intended for Customers using SuiteProjects Pro EIM desktop application to integrate SuiteProjects Pro with Exchange Online or Exchange Server.

You are receiving this reminder because your SuiteProjects Pro account uses, or may have used, the SuiteProjects Pro Exchange Integration Manager (EIM) desktop application to integrate SuiteProjects Pro with Exchange Online or Exchange Server. Support for EIM ended on January 13, 2026. EIM no longer receives updates, issue fixes, or customer support. If your organization still uses EIM with Exchange Online, you may also be impacted by Microsoft’s upcoming change to Exchange Web Services (EWS) in Exchange Online.
