NetSuite Admin Tip | Purchase History Showing No Orders After Changing Shopping Cart Sharing Mode
If customers suddenly stop seeing orders on the Purchase History page after changing the Shopping Cart Sharing mode to “Individual Carts for Each Customer Contact,” the issue may not actually be related to the cart sharing configuration itself.
This behavior can occur when a Sales Order contains multiple email contacts, and the logged-in customer’s email address is not included in the Sales Order’s To Be E-mailed field.
In this scenario, contacts may not see any orders at all in My Account, including orders they personally created.
