NetSuite Admin Tip | Custom SC Extension Not Displaying in Extension Manager Activation List
There may be instances where you successfully develop and deploy a custom SuiteCommerce Extension, but the extension does not appear in the Extension Manager activation list for your domain.
One possible cause is the TARGET VERSION field configured on the extension record.
If the target version is incompatible or incorrectly set, the extension may not appear as available for activation.
You can resolve this by following the steps below:
- Log in to NetSuite as Administrator
- Navigate to: Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types
- Locate: SC ExtMech Extensions
- Click the List link beside the record type
- Locate your custom extension record
