NetSuite Admin Tip | Password Recovery Email Not Sending to Customers
There may be instances where a customer requests a password reset through the “Forgot Password” link and receives a confirmation message stating that the email was sent, but never actually receives the password recovery email.
Even after checking spam or junk folders, the email may still not arrive.
One common cause is that the Password Recovery email setting is disabled on the website configuration.
You can verify and resolve this by following the steps below:
- Navigate to: Commerce > Websites > Website List
- Edit the affected website
- Open: Email tab > Other Emails subtab > Password Recovery section
- Ensure the “Send Email” checkbox is enabled
