NetSuite Admin Tip | Invoice Payment Method Not Displaying in the Web Store
The Invoice Payment Method allows customers to place orders using payment terms instead of paying immediately through credit card or other online payment methods.
If the Invoice payment option is missing during checkout, some required features may not be enabled in the website record, or the customer may not have terms configured.
You can enable and display the Invoice payment option by checking the following settings:
Website Record:
- Navigate to: Commerce > Websites > Website List
- Edit the Website Record
- Go to Shopping tab
- Locate the Payments Page section
- Enable: Allow Non-Credit Card Payment Methods During Checkout
- Locate the Checkout Preferences section
