Action Required: Set Up OCI Credentials Before Using Enhanced Technician Notes in FSM

This notice is intended for all Field Service Management (FSM) Customers.

You’re receiving this notification because your NetSuite account uses Field Service Management (FSM). The Enhanced Technician Notes feature will be available in your production account, and you must configure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) credentials before using it.

What's Changing?

Enhanced Technician Notes is targeted to be available on June 16, 2026, as part of FSM version 2026.05.1. This feature uses Prompt Studio and Text Enhance to improve technician notes in the mobile app. In supported text areas that use a textarea element type, click Clean Up to improve spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, and readability. Enhanced Technician Notes is disabled by default. Before you enable and use this feature in your production account, you must configure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) credentials for AI features.
