How do I remove the "memo field" from the customer center
We'd like to remove the standard "sales order memo field" from the customer center "sales orders view". It shows in both the list and when viewing an individual sales order. I'd like to replace it with a custom transaction filed (that we display during web-store check-out) called "customer comments".
We use the memo field for "in-house" notes and don't want the customers seeing that information.
How can this be done? I didn't see a solution in the settings for the "customer center" role.
