Unable to delete UPS fulfillments

I switched UPS shipping labels to EPL format (thermal labels) in Shipping Setup (we just received our thermal printer from UPS). Previously we printed to pdf.
Now I am unable to delete UPS fulfillment records which we need to cancel. (customer called and canceled the order prior to ups pick-up).
Netsuite displays the following ERROR MESSAGE.
