Broken PDF Files
We have had a problem with several of our Chinese vendors not being able to open the PDF's generated by Net Suite. They are receiving a generic 'file is damaged and cannot be opened' type of message when they try to open our PO's.. This hasn't been a problem in the past. We thought maybe the font used in our layout was the issue (Helvetica) so we replaced it with Times, but our vendors are still having fits trying to open our POs.
Is there currently an issue with chinese language systems and the PDF's generated by Net Suite? Anyone experienced a similar problem?
