Case # 1180931 Causing Major Grief

Hi,

We are using Onsite POS for our 50+ Locations, Retail on the cloud is awesome.

However for some strange reason an update recently made to Netsuite has caused something that was working to now stop working.

Most unfortunately for us (and our staff & customers) it is affecting one of the #1 items we sell (worth upwards of $200,000 alone per year for us) which is Gift Cards. To the extend we can no longer transact them at all.

The problem is detailed in case #1180931 'Custom field is not coming through in web services.'

There is a workaround but it poses an unacceptable security risk.
