Last order info - script, search or punt?
Folks,
I'm finding that having information about the last order for each customer - at my fingertips - is becoming more valuable to me. Things like:

Date of last order

# days since last order

Amount of last order

Amount of product category (could be 2-3 categories)
The list could expand over time, but in general, this info would get me through for a while.
I would prefer to have this info sourced into fields at the account record, but would be just as happy to be able to summon a saved search.
My questions:

Can I use a saved search to acquire this information, or do I need to use scripts?
