Saved Search - Customize Message Question
I have an online customer feedback form that gets filled out by customer. What I would like to do is send one of the staff an email every time customer fill out the form.
FIRST question is: can this be done ONLY via Saved Search?
I actually do have saved search that uses Recipient from Results to email our staff. I have used the customize message tab to have the email look professional and similar to all of our document template.
The problem is the character limit. It is 4000 characters and we definitely need more characters.
SECOND question is: can i use external CSS? or even use a CSS style guide placed at the top of the message and reuse them instead of using inline css repeatedly. This was the main reason why I am having problem with the character limit.
