Order Fulfillment Problems
One of my staff just reported that the NS system seems to have automatically fulfilled a batch of our orders. We generally do "manual fulfillment", fulfilling one order at a time.
He is an experienced NS user, and I really don't think that he would have created a batch fulfillment by mistake.
The other problem is that when we try to delete these fulfillments, we get an "unexpected error" message.
Has anyone run into this type of problem today?? I guess I will submit a support case, hopefully it won't get ignored for six weeks like my other 2 cases from July.
