saving a new report snapshot
I have made a custom report for open Cases and I am having trouble saving the snapshot. I made the report, then clicked the "save and create snapshot" button. I filled out/checked all relevant items, and clicked save. I get a message that says that "this record already exists". This is a new report, so how can it already exist? Because I am getting this message, my snapshot is not getting saved. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
