Name/ID Value Search
I am looking for a way to filter out customer records when the Name/ID value is not in a standard 3 alpha 3 numeric or 4 alph 3 numeric code.
In our business, the Name/ID in the lead/prospect stage is the Company Name. And when the prospect converts to a customer, an internal accounting code is assigned a 3 alpha 3 numeric OR 4 alpha 3 numeric code.
I have a suspicision that the customers are not being converted with these standards and I need to use a Saved Search to locate the records converted incorrectly because we have 6,000 customer records. The importance of the conversion relies on the success of our web service because we import customer data into NetSuite from our processing application and the Name/ID field value matches the Netsuite record to our application record.
