System Integration - Concurrency Question
We are integrating with another system that requires us to create sales orders in NetSuite. The API of the other system is limited to making HTTP requests only. We planned on building an app to accept the HTTP requests and use Web Services to create the sales orders in NetSuite. We were planning on creating the sales orders in real-time and sending a response to the originating system.
We've read numerous posts about concurrency issues so now we are doubting the real-time approach and considering a transaction queue approach. So here is a question for those of you who have already been through it.
