Right-side column

Hi all -

I'm trying to add a right-hand column to our web store, to clean up the clutter on the left side.  I've moved html from the left-side field to the right in our "default" Web Site Themes, but it's not showing up.  I'm using the correct format, as far as I know.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with a pre-V11 legacy issue.
