Web Customers paying via Paypal - NS sometimes does not email order notifications
I cannot tell exactly when it started, (maybe after 2008.2 release)
Occasionally when our web customer's that use Paypal we get 3 orders (w/seperate SO-#'s). One will be approved and waitng for fulfillment and the other 2 are pending approval.
Also, there is no email notification that an order has been placed. I have to pull a report in NS or scan through my paypal payment notifications for that day to find the orders.
NetSuite (Edition: United States) Release 2008.2
I have examples for a tech to look at if need be.
