Exclude Campaign A recipients from Campaign B?
Hello,
I'd like to create a Dynamic Customer Group (using a saved search) that excludes anyone who has received a specific previous marketing campaign. I've tried setting a search filter of Campaign Response Fields:ID not equal to the ID of that previous campaign, but our customers have many rows in the campaigns table and many of the rows don't match that filter. As a result the customer is still returned as part of that Group.
I'm looking to construct a search that excludes customers where ANY ONE of their campaigns match that ID (ie: they received that campaign).
I apologize if I'm missing something obvious about search construction!
