Amazon settlement lumps cash sales and Amazon fees together?

How can we record the following Amazon settlement in Netsuite? 

Amazon monthly store fee <$39.99>
Amazon cash sale $6.99 (item we sold)
Net charge applied to our business credit card  <$33.00>

The $6.99 cash sale transaction is currently sitting in *undeposited funds, but I do not see a way to include this within the $33.00 credit card transaction.

This has not been an issue in the past as Amazon previously settled cash sales to our business checking and fees separately to our business credit card.  Now it appears that they are commingling.

I should note that we do not currently have an Amazon bank account within our NS chart of accounts.  We have always recorded cash sales to *undeposited and then deposited directly to our business checking account when settled.
