Bulk billing orders and before submit not working
Hello,
We need to make classes mandatory to improve reporting. We wanted to set the class based on a field in the customer record using nlapiLookup. We implemented this client side but this crashed when bulk billing sales orders, so we set the script to before submit on invoices.
The script is shaky and works on some invoices but not others for no apparent reason. I called NetSuite and they said that before submit is not supported on bulk billing orders and they attached me to an existing enhancement with only 3 votes. Has anyone encountered this problem? This seems to be a basic use of before submit. I would appreciate any suggestions. If not then please
