Send e-mail on customer status change
Having issues with a saved search.
I'm trying to get it to e-mail me when a customer's status changed from LEAD-Unqualified to CUSTOMER-Closed Won
I can get it to e-mail me when the Status changes, but as soon as I try to define the value, I don't get any e-mails. I've tried various combinations of:
Field: Status
When Old Value is: LEAD-Unqualified
When New Value is: CUSTOMER-Closed Won
Field: Status
When Old Value is: Unqualified
When New Value is: Closed Won
