Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Paypal Refund Integration
Hi all, i am sure i am not the only one with this problem, but I just want to know if NS is going to address this issue at all.
We accept Paypal for our webstore orders. For example, customer places an order with us for $100 through Paypal. We got the money, processed the order, but normally our fulfillment rate is roughly 80-90% due to the volatile Fashion Accessories Industry in which inventory changes every minute. Therefore we need to refund the customer for like $10 - $20 dollars. I clicked on the "Refund" button in Cash Sales and performed all the necessary steps for the refund process. It did generate a Cash Refund but in actuality nothing was done in Paypal to refund the customer the actual $10!!!
