During checkout, is there a setting in Netsuite that prevents asking for the Credit Card even when u

We have recently setup Gift Certificate (GC) plus created a GC record to test it. I purchased this GC item and used the code when checking out to buy some other items however even the GC covers the total amount credit card details is still being asked. Is there anything wrong in our setup and would there be anything we can do to override this behaviour?
