2 emails sent to customers when grant access and check 'Send notification email'

Hi,

When when grant access and check 'Send notification email', the customer got 2 emails from our account. One is from NetSuite Notification <nlmailer@notification.netsuite.com>; Another is from our Company return email. How to make it only 1 email to send, either?
