NetSuite for Outlook - Mandatory Fields
When I sync contacts using NetSuite for Outlook (yes I know it is past is "best before date") get an error:
"The following records could not sync. If the settings are locked, contact your NetSuite administrator to resolve these issues......
Contact XXXX is missing one or more required fields
Email"
What I don't understand is these contacts are already in NetSuite and email is not a mandatory field. Therefore why am I getting these error messages and where can I configure so that "email" is not a mandatory field for the sync?
