Administrator does not have any backup codes - how does he log in we can't bypass the 2FA
I have an administrator who can't log in as he has upgraded his phone and does not have any back-up codes. If you read through Suite Answers is helpfully says "Note If you are not able to log in to NetSuite to reset your 2FA settings, contact your account administrator for assistance."
Well I am the administrator, what am I supposed to do? I have looked through all the Suite Answers and there are no instructions on how to issue this staff a new QR code to scan? Or is there some way to let him log in once and set it up again?
