Netsuite - Acting as a user from one's own instance
Hello community!
I feel like I've seen this in a prior role but might have imagined this.
As admin - am I able to act as a different user in a different role WHILE remaining in my instance? If so, can this access be granted to other users and how would I do that?)
For example - A CRM admin (essentially having all access to CRM functions minus adding users and tweaking roles) wants to act as a Sales Rep without (a) asking for their credentials (b) dealing with their 2FA
Does anyone know what to do here or if this is something I'm simply recalling from a different system? Suiteanswers didn't guide me in the right direction.
