I am a non-profit and need to send thank you letters to my donors. How do I do that?
I am a non-profit and I need to be able to send a thank you letter that shows the amount and date of the donation. In my legacy system I was able to do this but all I can get now is a sales receipt and this is not what we want to send to our donors. I have created a letter, mail merged the fields and uploaded it to my file cabinet but I can't figure out how to make this my default receipt. Is this possible?
