Custom Report Snapshot

We are trying to set up some custom report snapshots for user dashboards.  According to NetSuite Help, there should be a "Create Snapshot" icon visible on the report results page.  We see no such icon.  The report was customized from Accounts Receivable Aging, which is one of the reports that is available for snapshots.
