Links in campaign emails are blocked by Windows Defender in Edge browser

This week we noticed that links from our campaign emails are blocked by Windows Defender when opened in the Edge browser.

The message says,

This site has been reported as unsafe

Hosted by na1.nsvirtualurl.com

These links do not contain our domain name, but they start with something like http://na1.nsvirtualurl.com/app/crm/marketing/campaignlistener.nl

Is there away to have our domain in the links? How do we get Microsoft to stop blocking these?
