How to create Multiple Customer Specific Item Sales Descriptions for a single item

I want to be able to use generic sales items, but specify the sales description per customer:

ItemCustomerItem Sales Description
ITEM ACustomer 1Nice Chair
ITEM A
Customer 2
Modern Chair

Items do have a rate per customer as well, this we solved via price levels
