File Drag and Drop Generic Error

Why a user receives a "Generic Error" from time-to-time while using File Drag and Drop?

Please see the error below:

Unexpected error: ERROR DETAILS
ex=You dont have access to this record. recordTypeScriptId=estimate; recordId=13918; key=estimate13918; recentlyAccessedRecords=[]
Type: Generic Error

The user tries to drag a file to the File DnD placeholder within the same record. It is weird to receive an error like "You don't have access to this record."
