Changing an Item Fulfillment
As we deal with parts and warrantied items, I was asked if we could change an item fulfillment that initially was warranty.
The thought process is that the initial order was all warranty but after the fact, it is found some items are not and my guys are changing and deleting items off of an item fulfillment in order to bill half to warranty and half to retail.
I know that is clear as mud but hopefully someone will understand.
