How can I display all Customer Contact Messages in the same view as Customer Records?

How can I display all Customer Contact Messages in the same view as Customer Records?

Understanding our Customer Relationship currently requires navigating to each Customer Contact Communications and reading messages then reading the messages displayed on the Customer Communications as well as Case communications.

Primarily I am interested in a Customer sublist view that will display Customer messages AND Customer Contact messages in the same view.

Users are currently communicating with the Contact then copying the message to the Customer Communication Message so the user can look in one place to see all communications.

Any suggestions?
