Sales Quota in NetSuite for a team

Hi all, can you setup a Sales Quota in NetSuite for a team, where all members need to achieve ONE Quota, and each member will see how all team members’ transactions add up to that Quota?

So Sales Rep A, B and C , and Sales Manager X , all together they need to hit 1M Quota.

And we want that Sales Rep A (or B or C) will have a Quota KPI meter in their dashboard where Quota is 1M and Actual Sales is the SUM of Sales Rep A,B,C and Manger X.

I don't think this will work with native Team Quota feature, because I understand this only helps track Managers quotas by including all subordinates sales. It doesn't help track Subordinates quotas.
