AM LPN Scanner Function

I am intersted in using the advanced manufacturing LPN scanner feature. I am able to create an LPN from a work order, but I haven't had any luck picking the LPN from the scanner screen. There is very little documentation on this functionality. Has anyone used this feature before or can provide any documentation? Thanks!
