Emails going to Junk
We have started to get a lot of customers complaining that they are no longer receiving invoices from us out of Netsuite. We do this as part of bulk fulfill and invoice steps.
Sometimes the customer gets it in their junk folder - sometimes not at all. Has anyone else started seeing this more frequently and have any suggestions?
I know this is happening particularly to customers using Office 365.
