What permissions are needed for Mitel Connect?
New to NetSuite. We have Mitel Shoretel Phone System. When I install the Mitel Connect application to a user who has administration rights, it will log in and connect correctly to NetSuite. When I try to connect with a standard user it comes back and says invalid log in credentials even though they are correct. I am guessing I am missing a permission setting for the user role but not sure what that setting would be. Could anyone guide me?
