Open form in the browser main window instead of in a popup
If you view a contact and then click on the button to create a new case for that contact, the new case form opens in a popup window. Our tech support group says that instead of a popup they would rather have the form open in the main browser window, or if that's not possible, open the form in a new tab instead. How would we go about making this change? Also, this change should apply to cases only and not to the other record types.
