Importing bank statement using a financial institution record
We are wanting to upload our bank statement into NetSuite using the CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) format. I came across SuiteAnswers 87197 discussing importing using Financial Institution Record and SuiteAnswers 87106.
We have downloaded the bank statement parsers bundle but when going into the Format Profile section of the Financial Institution page there is a choice for Transaction Parser but CSV is not one of the options. I have the following questions.
1. Which transaction parser should I choose if I am using the SV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) format?
2. Should I instead on the Upload File screen choose the second option and import with a default parser? I am thinking it would be easier to use the first option 'Select a Financial Institution' since I would not need to deal with a csv template but I could be mistaken.
