Create a workflow to copy saved search results field to another field

Hi,

I have created a saved search based on transaction,

There is a custom entity field created on partner record,

Display type is Hidden and Search is defined in Validation and Defaulting Tab

Then I created another entity field,

Display Type is Inline Text

Then workflow,

I don't see any data in custom entity field . I also tried trigger on schedule and schedule the event, still no data. I might be missing something.
