Revenue Element segments Departments & Class stay empty upon creation
- We have set departments and classes mandatory in Acc. Preferences
- We use advanced Rev Req
- We apply Rev Req to Projects, make use of two types of Project Revenue Rules:
- Percent Complete
- As Charged
-> however, if charges have been generated, the revenue elements that get created do not have the mandatory class and department set, which results in no rev arrangments being created. Via Revenue Recognition Field Mapping only one of the two "types" can be mapped, we are seeking for ways to automatically map/prefill the other revenue elements created for the other type .
The created revenue element record is not editable thru UI, on as it seems it cannot be populated thru WF, Mass Update either. The record apparently cannot even be scripted as well?
