" cannot create an inventory detail for this item."
All,
I have a client that asked me if there is a way to update multiple invoices at once using the import tool from "open" to "Paid in Full". They have a large number of payments that come in and want a process to do this instead on one by one. I created the import file to change the status. When it completes it gives me the following message..."You cannot create an inventory detail for this item". Not sure where to go with this. Please assist.
