Issue with the marketing templates

Hello Gurus,

Happy holidays to you all,

I am facing an issue and I hope someone can help me before the holidays :)

when sending the marketing eampaign email (from marketing templates) all the links in the email are not working

the links land on page not found error. (picture attached)

I checked my domain and hosting on the hosting provider all are up and running and based on my research is seemed like the issue is within NetSuite but can't figure out what is it, can any one help please!
