Help with Missing Tabs

Hello,

I would be extremely grateful if anyone could assist me with the following:

I am logged into NetSuite using the Administrator role, and from within creating a purchase order, I am unable to view/access the ‘Shipping’ tab?

As you can see from the customization screen it is set to be shown.
