KPI on the scorecard item not showing Report correct total
Under the Senior Executive role, the KPI on the scorecard Shows Inventory Current value of (6,085) using period End of this month and Inventory Prior value of -0- using Prior End of month period. When you click on the Current value of (6,085) you get a report with the correct Inventory value of $4,067,377 and when you click on the prior value of -0- you get a report with the correct prior value of $1,438,696. Why do the report totals not show up on the KPI Summary?
